Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field: Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related disciplines.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).Strong scientific literacy with the ability to read, interpret, and summarize technical documents.Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to follow structured instructions.Willingness to continuously learn new technologies, techniques, and workflows.Willingness to travel for training, customer support, and field applications.A growth mindset with curiosity and motivation to develop technical expertise.Core Competencies & SkillsStrong communication skills (both written and verbal), able to explain technical concepts to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Good problem-solving skills and creativity when tackling challenges.Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry, and online tools).Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
