Job Qualification :Prior experience in a similar role as Matcha/Barista 2 years R&D Menu Development to promote beverage products (speciality matcha).Knowledge of hot/cold drinks/, mixologyExcellent customer service skills, positive attitude, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitask, and pay close attention to detailknowledge menu costing, sourcing ingredients, SOPs, regional food trends.Job Responsibility :Manage daily SOW Outlet ensuring all products are serve in high standards of quality and service.Build an in depth knowledge and understanding of our customer’s needs, supporting the development and delivery of winning solutions for menu growth and development.Strong customer service and communication skills.Managing inventory stock production and conduct to minimize waste.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing improvements based on feedback.Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff.Proactive to do Innovation new product development and suggest improvement of existing product, perform RND, make standard recipe and SOPs.Training, mentoring, and managing barista staff to enhance their skills and productivity, and Ensure that staff receive proper training and clear guidance.Create daily production, display, FIFO, hygiene reports to store manager.Able to manage operations under pressure, especially during busy hours.Work Place: Pondok Indah, South Jakarta
