Strong coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, QC, Purchasing, Designer, Management)Attention to detail, especially in handling packaging data, artwork approval, and regulatory compliance (e.g., BPOM, certifications)Basic knowledge of packaging components, food labeling
Requirements
, and certification logos is preferredAbility to read and understand design drafts and 3D illustrationsStrong organizational skills and follow-up disciplineAble to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlinesRequirementHand over the new packaging development request with initial ideas to the designer and team member. Ensure all information in packaging are correctObtain quotations from the designer for each new project and submit them for aligned with all requirement. Prepare 3D illustration once final design has been confirmed. Handover confirmed artwork to management approvalFollow up on the first design draft from the designer and present it to the management purchase team for further procedureHand over the comments to the designer and ensure that any modifications are made according to the comments; Product development officer should never make adjustments to the artwork for any reasonDouble-check all general
Requirements
for the local version and export version according to SOP and regulationEnsure all certification logos on packaging align with the related certificationsCollect all product information (e.g., ingredients list, NFT, etc.) from the RND teamFor the domestic version, validate all packaging design and other information with the QC team regarding BPOM applicationPresent the final design to the management teamPrepare 3D illustrations once the design artwork has been confirmed.Hand over the confirmed artwork to the purchasing team for the purchasing process.
