Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead project core team meetings. Maintain effective communication and working relationships among the project core team.Lead cross-functional team members to assess feasibility of project scope and Final Project
Objective
s (FPOs) and develop a detailed project timeline.Assign, define schedules, and track cross-functional tasks/activities to ensure that project progress remains within expected timings.Lead risk analysis and mitigation planning for projects.Identify, supervise, communicate, and resolve issues, scope changes, budget variances, or other FPO hurdles that may arise during project execution.Collaborate with local, regional, and/or worldwide cross-functional teams to acquire project-relevant information.Update timeline, milestones, cost, and SKU (Stock Keeping Units) table information across and lead data compilations to ensure Portfolio accuracy.Ensure compliance against stage gate exit deliverables and endorse compliant projects for stage gate exit approval.Prepare and present project progress reports, presentations, and escalations as required.Prepare, voice risks, and lead contingency development to close any gaps versus the Strategic plan.Key MeasuresSuccessful completion of individual projects meeting all project deliverables.Compliance with GMP/Quality, Policy of Business Conduct.Adherence to New Ways of working/governance and Project Excellence process elements.Efficient and effective resolution of project-related risks or issues.Ability to balance process compliance, scope, resources, and speed-to-market to achieve Final Project

Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree (S1) or higher from a recognized university, preferably in finance, accounting, law, or public policy.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in international development, government services, financial institutions, or investment companies. Experience with entrepreneurship and start-up development is a plus.Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Attributes: Adaptable, works well in a multicultural environment, and is fluent in both spoken and written English. The ideal candidate is an independent worker who values teamwork.
