- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bakery (Pastry & Cake) Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all pastry & cake production processes run according to our quality, taste, and efficiency standards, while leading the team to consistently meet production targets.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily quality checks to ensure all products meet the required taste and texture standards.Supervise pastry & cake production, ensuring all SOPs and standard recipes are followed.Assign daily tasks and organize production schedules according to outlet
Requirements
.Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety & hygiene standards are implemented in the production area.Monitor raw material stock, submit requisitions, and minimize waste.Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation for the team.Prepare daily/weekly production reports for the Production Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Culinary Arts / Pastry & Bakery vocational school or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in pastry/bakery, with minimum 1 year in a leader/supervisor role.Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry, cake decoration, and food safety.Experience working in F&B industry or large-scale production.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.Willing to work in shifts.
