About IkigaiIkigai is a Bali-based wellness brand committed to crafting purposeful recovery experiences through handcrafted ice baths, saunas, and wellness infrastructure that supports physical vitality and mental clarity.As we scale our operations and expand facility installations across Bali and beyond, we're seeking a highly skilled HVAC Manager to lead the installation, maintenance, and innovation of our ice bath and sauna systems.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC professional who thrives in both technical problem-solving and team coordination.
