You will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence, deterring criminal activity, enforcing site policies, and responding to emergencies according to established protocols.Key
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas (on foot or via surveillance systems) to ensure safety and security.Control access to premises by verifying identification and authorizing entry of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, incidents, or suspicious activity.Write and submit detailed incident and shift reports.Provide assistance during emergencies such as fires, medical situations, or evacuations.Enforce rules and regulations set by the client or company.Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency services, and site management when required.Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct at all times.Follow company procedures and client-specific instructions consistently.Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues noticed during patrols.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).Valid security license or Gada would be advantaegousPrevious security experience preferred but not required.Strong observational and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Preferred Attributes:Military or law enforcement background is an advantage.Basic First Aid/CPR certification.
