Responsibilities
· Prepare bake and present a variety of pastries, cakes, breads and other desserts.· Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.· Decorate pastries using different techniques.· Work closely with Head Chef and the kitchen team to develop new pastry menu items and other kitchen menu· Minimum 1 -2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook and similar role.Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and dessert decoration and skill at hot kitchen.. Domicile at Bali is preferred.
