Responsibilities
Perform Spa Treatments to Standard-- Perform a wide range of treatments (e.g., massages, body scrubs, wraps, facials, and other signature therapies) other spa treatments according to SOPs and brand protocols, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort. Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene, Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are always clean, sanitized, and prepared, in line with hygiene standards. Provide Personalized Guest Experience, Conduct consultations before treatments, understand guest needs, and personalize the service accordingly. Promote Spa Products & Treatments, Offer post-treatment care advice and recommend appropriate retail products and future treatments.. Support Team & Spa Operations, Collaborate with colleagues, support team duties, and participate in spa events and training.
Requirements
Fresh graduates from a certified spa or beauty school are welcome to apply; prior experience in a spa or wellness environment is an advantage. Proficient or trained in massage techniques such as Balinese, Swedish, aromatherapy, and basic body treatments Holds a valid certification from a recognized spa/beauty institution, along with a Certificate of Competence as a Spa Therapist is a point plus Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude. Good communication skills and a strong interest in providing excellent guest service and working in a team environment
