This position is responsible for increasing bookings, promoting spa packages, memberships, and retail products, as well as nurturing long-term relationships with individual clients and local partners. ** Selling spa services, packages, and retail products to customers and businesses.* Proactively reach out to prospective customers through local marketing, referrals, and digital channels.* Drive spa membership sales and encourage repeat visits through client follow-ups and loyalty programs.* Build and maintain relationships with regular clients to ensure personalized service and customer satisfaction.* Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns and special offers in coordination with the marketing team.* Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to the Spa Manager.* Collaborate with the front desk and therapists to ensure a smooth guest experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.* Handle customer feedback professionally and work with the team to resolve service-related concerns.* Stay updated on all spa treatments, wellness trends, and product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions to clients.* Participate in community events, wellness fairs, or local networking to increase spa visibility.---### *

** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a spa, beauty, or wellness environment.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.* Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a customer-first mindset.* Friendly, professional appearance and attitude with a genuine interest in wellness and beauty.* Organized and proactive with good time management skills.* Familiarity with spa booking systems and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Instagram, email marketing) is a plus.* Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.---### *Preferred

** Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.* Experience in promoting memberships, packages, or high-touch services.* Knowledge of skincare, body treatments, and massage therapy is an advantage.
