Job Description

  • We are looking for a self-driven talent for an Assistant Director of Loss & Prevention to work with our Loss & Prevention team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activity Conduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risks Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards Work with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring all costs are controlled and within guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or related professional area Has in-depth knowledge of local and state laws related to loss prevention and safety Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, or a related field. Master's degree is desirable
