Responsibilities
(How you will do it):  Technical Leadership & Supervision   Supervise and coordinate daily activities of HVAC technicians.  Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, Smart Connecting Chiller and BMS integration.  Ensure all service tasks are performed according to Johnson Controls’ standards and client
Requirements
.  Escalate to factory regarding issue technical and claim warranty  Provide administrative support warranty   Project Execution & Quality Control  Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems.  Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety compliance.  Review and approve service reports, commissioning documents, and maintenance logs.  Customer Engagement  Act as a technical point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.  Support service proposals and upselling opportunities based on site assessments.  Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.  Team Development  Train and mentor junior technicians through on-the-job training and technical workshops.  Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.  Administration & Reporting  Ensure timely submission of service documentation, timesheets, and inventory reports.  Support planning and scheduling of service jobs in coordination with the service coordinator.  What we look for:  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.  Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.  Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, VRF, and control systems.  Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.  Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.  Ability to work flexible hours and travel to client sites as needed.  Preferred Skills:  Experience with Johnson Controls products (e.g., YORK®, Metasys®).  Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration systems.  Leadership and team management capabilities.  What we offer:  Competitive salary  Paid vacation/holidays/sick time  Comprehensive
