Responsibilities
Assist florists with designing and preparing floral arrangements for various occasions.Clean, trim, and hydrate flowers and greenery upon delivery.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper flower storage.Pack and deliver floral arrangements as needed.Help with customer service, including taking orders in person or over the phone.Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.Support setup and breakdown of floral displays for events or weddings.
Qualifications
Passion for flowers, plants, and design.Prior experience in a retail, floral, or customer service setting is a plus but not required.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.Willingness to learn and take direction.Valid driver's license preferred (for delivery duties).
