Perform microbiological testing such as Total Plate Count, Yeast & Mold, Coliforms, E. coli, Salmonella spp., and Staphylococcus aureus in accordance with approved methods (ISO, AOAC, BAM, etc.).Conduct environmental monitoring (swab tests, air settle plates) to verify hygiene control in production and packaging areas.Prepare, maintain, and sterilize culture media, reagents, and laboratory equipment.Record, interpret, and report results accurately and in a timely manner, highlighting any non-conformance.Maintain laboratory cleanliness, calibration, and documentation as per Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).Ensure all microbiological testing activities follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.Participate in proficiency testing and method validation as required.Support investigations of microbiological deviations and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
