Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or partnership.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage students, parents, and partners.Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.High integrity, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Willing to travel for business trips as needed.

Job Description
Develop a strong understanding of our academic programs and services, along with the needs of prospective students, parents, and institutional partners (undergraduate programs).Drive the student recruitment and sales process to achieve enrollment targets.Conduct presentations at schools and provide guidance during education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.Expand the student base by introducing programs to new prospects while nurturing existing relationships.Provide professional guidance and high-quality service throughout the admission process.Maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, schools, and partner institutions, while updating them on new programs and opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of additional service needs or inquiries.Responsible for achieving student recruitment targets through developing and managing partnerships with corporations, government institutions, and professional associationsFor the master’s program, the role focuses on promoting postgraduate programs as solutions for employee development and organizational needsPerform other duties as assigned in line with institutional policies.
