Corporate Sales Supervisor (Leasing)

Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients in the Heavy Equipment / Truck / Bus / Machinery Leasing sector.Engage with prospective customers in the region, focusing on Trucking, Heavy Equipment, and Medical Equipment.Analyze customer business operations and prepare comprehensive reports for financial facility approvals.Prepare credit applications and review team applications for accuracy and completeness.Foster strong relationships between various internal departments, including Superior, Business Support, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable.Manage all active deal accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.Expand the business portfolio within the region to drive growth and profitability.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fieldLanguage: Fluent English (speaking & written)Experience: 5–7 years in Credit Marketing / Corporate Sales within Leasing or Multifinance (preferably handling Heavy Equipment, Truck, Bus, or Machinery)Strong knowledge of credit analysis, leasing products, and financial facility processesProven track record in acquiring and managing corporate clients (B2B segment)Familiarity with customer industries such as trucking, mining, construction, or medical equipmentAbility to prepare and review credit applications, financial reports, and customer business analysisExcellent relationship management skills to coordinate across internal teams (Business Support, Accounting, AR) and external stakeholdersStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with corporate clients
