  • About The Company:The working venue is in South Jakarta.Our client is an FMCG (Food) company. Currently, they are looking for Regional Sales Manager (Java & Bali).Job
Responsibilities
Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Conduct market analysis to identify business growth opportunities and competitor insights.Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to align with company goals.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in promotional activities.Drive negotiations and contracts with key accounts and business partners.Other related task as assigned.Job
Requirements
